Return Policy
Except for special orders, you may return any merchandise ordered from us within two weeks for credit, exchange or refund. Defective software, or videos may be returned within two weeks for replacement with a working copy of the same title. Other software and videos may be returned within two weeks for credit, exchange or refund only if they have not been opened and are in their original shrink-wrapped containers. All merchandise returned must be in new condition unless shipping damage has been reported. On receipt, we will issue a credit for the full amount of the merchandise. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser except in the case of defective merchandise.
